1999 72 foot Viking Princess yacht. Owned since 2007. Superbly maintained. Looks and performs fantastic. Twin Man diesels. 2400HP. Super low hours. 1100!!!!

Just completing refurbishment.  In full disclosure its smalls but still will be around 3 more months,probably less so if you want something to get on right now and cruise. This isn’t it. 

Huge money spent last year and never mind half again before that!!

Paid 1.2 in 2007. 

I’ve never done a survey on it so I don’t have one. 

I’ve done no heavy work on it in the last 5 years besides general maintenance and upkeep items both small and some substantial. 

However in January 2020 I decided to refurbish and update a lot of items and areas amongst other things. 

Not because it was bad but only because of personal whim. 

I started to do a bit and gradually went deeper and deeper. 

It’s taken me till now and still working on final stuff

(Doing it at my home dock with private old school retired specialists on retainer so no time or marina constraints or being forced to be tied up with bad workers or decisions)

Have around three months to finish it which I’m doing irrespective of my listing unless otherwise requested by potential buyer. 

Main things left are interior new floors and furniture and full engine service and fluid flush as it has only been started and idled without moving for the last 15 months.

Dry docking also for bottom scrape and paint. 

I have only done around 250 hours on it in 14 years. 

It only has 1100 hours total and all services and mechanical have been due to time passing and not breakdown or work wear. 

My decision has nothing to do with money,only personal tragedy which leaves me distressed and not really wanting to even look at the boat any more much less ever going out on it again finished or not. 

The complete opposite of my feelings a year ago. 

This is obviously not the most adequate explanation for a potential buyer but that’s all I have and that’s why I requested viewing rather and only private quick thinking buyers so the process doesn’t drag on. I’ve had it for so long and never had a captain,always knowing every nook and cranny myself so my knowledge of items done and to be done is extensive and I will be completely transparent with you  for peace of mind. 

Have photos of before as well as many during various stages of redo as well as video. 

I will only share photos and video with a buyer who comes to view it while going through it.
